Description

  • Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.

  • Prepares analyses and reports for department managers.

  • Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.

  • Supports month end close.

  • Prepares and consolidates financial data.

  • Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.

  • Executes special projects as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

Experience

  • Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

  • Business Partner with Supply Chain

  • monthly, quarterly and Annual financial reporting , forecast, AOP and Simulations ( Supply chain ) .

  • Planning, Forecasting and Reporting for Conversion cost, function expenses, Inventory and Capex.

  • Analyzes cost variances and monthly movements, determines root causes, and prepares recommendations and alternatives for improvements for review by supervisor.

  • Assists in the inventory valuation process.

  • Tracking and ananysis for Plant KPI.

  • Lead finance support to VPI/VPC projects.

  • Support global Senior supply chain partner in daily business.

  • Commodity price and variance tracking , analysis , and recommend mitigation actions

  • A key member of Plant cost reduction project

  • Executes special projects as assigned.
