Description

  • Lead IAM Business Unit to establish our AM business strategy on Product, Channel, Pricing and Branding to meet business target

  • Leads cross business unit and cross-functional teams to diversify our IAM product portfolios to support our IAM business strategy

  • Lead IAM Sales team to executive our IAM sales initiatives on Channel Expansion, CAM, Fleet business and new channel partnership

  • Manage the implementation of Distribution Development strategies and global Distribution Development initiatives

  • Manage the Distributor Business Review process to measure channel partners’ performance

  • Coordinates global communications, conferences and councils

  • Coaching & development on IAM sales team to enhance sales capability and market insights

  • Coordinate with supply chain team to enhance our supports to our distributors

  • Drive innovation on Sales initiatives and develop our E-commerce capability

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree. MBA preferred.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • English Requirement: Global Communication

Experience:

  • Commercial Vehicle IAM Sales Experience

  • Foreign-owned company working experience, Filtration background preferred

  • Target company: Bosch, Dephi, Mahle, M-H, Sofima, Donaldson, Tenac, etc

  • Marketing working experience preferred, better to have B2C working experience
