Sr. VPI Program Specialist 新产品开发高级专员


  • Provides administrative and logistics support to program manager(s) and program leader(s) to manage, develop, and implement VPI program deliverables that meets needs of customer and business.

  • Serves as a resource to maintain databases and records for Value Package Introduction (VPI) program(s).

  • Assists in defining tangible and measurable customer expectations and business outcomes, and supports the program(s) to achieve both.

  • Assists in determining the scope, schedule, and resources with key cross functional, cross-Business Units, and external stakeholders, and obtaining stakeholder commitment and approval of the program contract.

  • Assists in ensuring adherence of the program(s) to Value Package Introduction (VPI) process.

  • Assists in tracking and communicating performance against the program contract with internal stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Assists identification and resolution of program risks, issues, and changes.

  • Assists cross-functional identification and resolution of program contract changes (scope, schedule, resources).

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.


  • Minimal level of relevant work experience required.
