The individual will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the full spectrum of the International Relocation related services to expatriate by partnership with global mobility Services team and internal & external stakeholders from various functions and also support with internal project.

实习生将与团队成员以及其他相关职能工作人员合作,支持外籍员工安置服务,并支持团队项目。

主要职责

Services include but may not be limited to:

  • Meeting set up and coordination. Make Meeting Minutes and follow up actions.

  • Vendor reporting management

  • Coordinate with external service providers and internal colleagues for administrative formalities, including request of chop usage, tracker update , file archive, and etc.;

  • Support Mobility projects, including Domestic Move Support, Expatriate Assignment Cost Analysis, Handbook design and Guide Book project

  • Other related administration tasks required by Mobility Team.

工作职责:

  • 会议安排与协调,记录会议纪要并跟踪会议讨论结果

  • 管理外部供应商日常报告

  • 与外部供应商和内部财务部门协调处理外籍派遣及安置相关事宜,包括公章申请,文件存档等;

  • 支持团队项目,包括国内调动,外籍费用分析项目,外籍欢迎手册制定项目。

  • 协助团队成员完成其他相关工作。

任职资格及能力

Skills/Capabilities:

  • At least 4 days per week

  • Customer service experience to expatriate incl. expatriate, relocation, immigration, etc. preferred;

  • Bachelor Degree or above

  • Fluent English, written and oral;

  • Pay attention to detail;

  • Good inter-personal skill;

  • Mature, Self-disciplined and initiative

  • 大学本科及以上,不限专业,有外籍客户服务相关经验者优先;

  • 熟练使用office软件,英语读写能力良好;

  • 主动积极,沟通能力好,认真负责;

  • 每周可在岗4天,实习时间6个月及以上
