Cummins Inc. HR Intern-发动机事业部人力资源部实习生 in Beijing, China
Support intern management, cover the whole process of recruiting, onboarding preparation, attendance management and exit processes;
Support daily HR operations, such as issuing certificates, labor contract renewal, p-filing management, monthly org-chart update, employee mandatory training tracking and reminding, meeting/training organization;
Support regular HR reporting and analysis.
Support other ad-hoc HR initiatives or programs.
Good command in written English;
Responsible, pro-active, and detail-oriented;
Good communication skill;
Quick learning, efficient working;
Good computer skills on Excel, Word, PPT;
The intern needs to work averagely 3 days per week, at least 4 months.
