  • Assists the Security Director in the development of a strategy to align the security program with the business in the assigned region.

  • Assists the Security Director in maintaining a strong understanding of regional risks and security regulations; identifies security risks in the region; and the design and implementation of programs to prevent and reduce loss of Cummins assets.

  • Support the Security Director in managing & actively participating in the tactical work around anti-counterfeiting programs in the assigned region.

  • Manages&execute tactical security projects in line with the global & regional security initiatives such as reinforcement of security awareness programs in the assigned region.

  • Manages the crisis response program (CAMP) in the assigned region.

  • Manages the guard force program in the assigned region.

  • Conducts security, risk, and vulnerability assessments.

  • Conducts initial investigation fact finding and leads investigations applicable to Cummins Global Security.

  • Manages executive protection operations; may provide close protection to executives as assigned; provides travel security support.

  • Develops and delivers employee security awareness training.

  • Manage risk based physical security upgrade projects with providing security technology consultancy.

  • Expatriate security risk evaluation and management.

  • Responds during emergencies as an advisor to senior business leaders.

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with site leadership; develops an understanding of the conditions and concerns of the various business leaders in the region of assignment; responds to leadership to meet business needs while conforming to Cummins’ global security standards.

  • Liaison and maintain an appropriate relationship with local law enforcement agencies.


  • College, university, or equivalent degree in military, law enforcement, or related subject required

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the security, investigation and anti-counterfeiting programs

  • Professional training on managing aggression and emergency situations

  • Fluent English communication skill in both verbal and written

  • Green Belt certification preferred

  • ASIS certificate (CPP, PSP), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred
