Channel Readiness Manager 渠道准备经理
Represents the channel readiness process for the Distributor for all Value Package Introductions and New Product Introductions for the Product Business Units within distribution area of responsibility. Ensures that the parts, information, training and tooling requirements are executed within territory branches and dealers for the targeted channel of support.
Manages Service provider profiles in the database.
Executes certification for branches and Dealers in Distributor territory; Removes barriers for achieving certification; Communicates certification costs to branches and Dealers.
Responsible for auditing certification status for branches and Dealers; Executes recertification Process; Ensures adherence to Certification Standards.
Responsible for communicating upcoming readiness activities for inclusion in Distributor annual operating plan.
Ensures the ability to deliver, maintain and communicate parts, information, tools, and training requirements for all Value Package Introduction and New Product Introduction launches to Distributors and Dealers.
Executes training plans between service provider and training centers to ensure readiness.
Participates in contract management with channel partners.
Monitors and reports progress against plan to key stakeholders.
Schedule Management - Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
Scope Management - Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
Project Resource Management - Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.
Project Issue and Risk Management - Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events.
Business insight - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
