Participates in the recruiting, screening, and interviewing processes to fill current or expected job vacancies. May communicate with applicants and candidates regarding consideration for employment and the specifics of the role.
Recruits, screens and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies in alignment with the organization’s recruiting strategies and legislative requirements.
Reviews and evaluates applicant's background information in comparison to the job vacancy and facilitates the applicable reference checks, background checks and applicant testing processes.
Communicates with candidates regarding their application status; may extend job offers and prepares the appropriate job offer paperwork processes.
Informs candidates of jobs duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule and conditions, and career advancement opportunities.
Ensures the organization's recruiting processes are carried out in accordance with applicable internal policies, procedures and government legislation.
Communicates with external recruitment contacts to provide information regarding career opportunities.
May travel to recruiting events.
Arranges interviews and travel logistics for selected applicants; partners with line human resources to ensure interview and selection process progress smoothly.
Collaborates with hiring managers and other key stakeholders in the recruiting process.
Utilizes and maintains applicant tracking system including periodic reporting to stakeholders
Lead China campus hire program design for exempt, technician and shop roles for full year cycle by partnership with RPO team to ensure implementation and delivery.
Be responsible for China Employer Branding initiatives leveraging global EVP via partnership with Corp. EB team
Drive and enhance channel effectiveness of recruiting campaigns
In charge of social medial platforms that supports the recruiting operations.
Lead diversity hiring promotions and employee advocacy program design
Experienced hire campaigns and ERP program promotions
External Talent Sourcing - Identifies and applies appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage a diverse pool of talent in the external market.
Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
Candidate Assessment and Selection - Defines qualification requirements and selection criteria for open positions using Cummins tools; employs objective selection processes that meet compliance requirements; assesses, evaluates and selects candidates against pre-determined job specifics and "Select for Cummins" competencies, and communicates openly with candidate and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
Employee Relations - Builds constructive relationships with employees and other stakeholders; reinforces consistent application of Cummins standards applies knowledge of employment and labor law; effectively manages conflict; builds and maintains a collaborative, productive work environment through information sharing and consultation.
Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgement informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Minimal level of relevant work experience required.
Lead Employer Branding related activities via close partnership with Corp EB and regional Marcom teams to ensure strong EVP message promotion among all types of internal and external talent audiences in China market for both campus and social hires;
Lead and drive Diversity & Inclusion related TA campaigns by partnership with CR and Diversity Committee
Lead and manage the Cummins China Recruitment WeChat platform
Work with operation team to support various recruiting activities leveraging social media, internal and external best practices;
Be the leading role in running and driving TA analytics via partnership with RPO team.
Support team payment and financial activities;
