Description

  • Provides support for Cummins relocation programs in alignment with company policies and processes. Provides relocation consulting support to employees and managers to ensure understanding of relocation support, contacts, policies and procedures

  • Coordinates the delivery of third party provider services provided to the relocation team and individual transferees; coordinates relocation reporting with payroll team; manages specific program elements such as home sale corporate inventory with selected vendors

  • Provides ongoing guidance and counseling to relocating employees

  • Assists with the development of budgets and manages costs and expenses related to relocation deliverables

  • Administers the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to support management of relocation services and provide management reporting

  • Conducts reviews of moderately complex relocation inquiries and issues and assists with corrective action plans

  • Provides training to line human resources, relocating employees, internal team members and other key stakeholders on employee relocation programs and practices

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with relocation services providers, business leaders and line human resources as a subject matter expert

  • Collaborates with the employee relocation team and other stakeholders on continuous process improvements; leads specified initiatives

  • 作为特定业务专员,开发、维护与内部利益相关方、被安置员工以及第三方供应商之间的紧密关系

  • 与员工安置团队及其他利益相关方就持续流程改进展开合作;领导特定项目

Mobility Administration - Translates applicable policies, taxation, immigration laws, local legislation and internal controls procedures in the delivery of programs focused on the seamless movement of talent

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required

Experience

Intermediate level of relevant work experience required
